This shoe follows the same premise: oversized, an absurd amount of layers, and extremely durable for trail running. The New Balance 703 features a somewhat sleeker overall build, with a much more heavily layered upper, constructed from a mix of mesh, suede, and ballistic nylon overlays on the outermost parts of the shoe.
