Here we take a closer look at the Jordan 3 Katrina, otherwise known as the ‘Hall Of Fame’. This is a near identical remake of a style auctioned in 2005 for relief efforts following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
The AJ3 ‘Katrina’ is almost entirely true to the coveted style which raised a ton of money. Premium leather extends across the upper, featuring in a clean shade of white. This features in an almost worn effect which only adds to the appeal.
Combining style cues from both the Nike AJ3 ‘Fire Red’ and ‘Cement’, this pair is contrasted by hits of colour as well as that iconic print. It’s this subtle Elephant detailing which sets this release apart as an exclusive. As you’d expect, the Jordan 3 Katrina features a visible Air Unit in the heel and a Jumpman logo is stamped to the tongue.
