Description
Using a colorblocking scheme similar to 2016’s FOG x Vans Sk8-Hi collaboration, this high-top Chuck 70 equips black canvas for the lateral and medial panels while switching to a supple egret leather on the tongue and throat. This juxtaposition of divergent materials is spotlighted further by a high-gloss egret rubber toe cap plus extra-long egret laces – meant to be wrapped around the collar and secured by a pull tab on the heel.
Further accents are provided by a classic Converse star logo on the medial collar, bright silver eyelets and black trim/foxing on the midsole. Rubberized heel badges alternate embellishments between the left and right foot, with the former using a Fear of God Essentials graphic and the latter retaining its regular Converse stamp. Cream outsoles complete the look.
