Inspired by the famous Japanese bullet trains, the Nike Air Max 97 Metallic Gold is painted in an eye catching gold throughout the majority of the shoe, with the upper portion rotating between premium leather and breathable mesh, and the bottom half adorned with luxe suede. A striped tape runs across the centre of the tongue, while an Air-infused midsole and clear rubber outsole sitting below round out the design, providing functional support on the popular retro runner.
